Site specific support including, staff competence training and assessment schemes relating to climbing walls, ropes courses along with climbing, mountaineering and associated activities.

Joby is regarded as an industry leader in Technical Expertise for Artificial Climbing Walls, Ropes Courses and associated activities.
Working in all parts of the UK and with international facilities, Joby, his team and associates provide services in all areas, ranging from design and construction support, through to operational and risk management provision. The team provide a large range of competency-based training and assessment schemes for over 80 facilities currently, and the quality of work is held in high regard.
Joby is also a Technical Expert of the National Indoor Climbing Award schemes, and works closely with organisations and industry bodies such as The Association of British Climbing Walls, Mountain Training, and The British Mountaineering Council.
Joby also co delivers the current Technical Expert Training course on behalf of The Association of Mountaineering Instructors.
